Terms of Service

By using this platform ("Backerz", "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Digital Goods — No Refunds

All purchases on this platform — including but not limited to media packs, albums, and subscriptions — are for digital goods and services delivered immediately upon payment.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Digital content is delivered instantly after payment.
• You waive any right to a refund, cancellation, or "cooling-off" period once the digital content has been delivered or access has been granted.
• This is in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m), which permits exclusion of the right of withdrawal for digital content once performance has begun with consumer's prior express consent.

No refunds will be issued for any completed purchase of digital content or subscription access.

2. Subscriptions

• Recurring subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period.
• You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• No partial refunds are given for unused time within a billing period.
• Lifetime subscriptions are one-time purchases and are non-refundable.

3. User Conduct & Bans

You agree to use the Service lawfully and respectfully. The following are prohibited:

• Sharing, redistributing, or reselling purchased content.
• Attempting to circumvent access controls or payment systems.
• Harassing creators, other users, or platform staff.
• Filing fraudulent chargebacks or disputes.
• Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.

We reserve the absolute right to suspend or permanently ban any account that violates these Terms, at our sole discretion, without prior notice. Banned users are not entitled to any refund for purchases made before or during the ban.
